Job Opening : Senior Accountant
Job Description :
Senior Accountant - required to carry out regular tasks in order to maintain efficient and accurate Debtors/Receivables records. The candidate’s job will be to maintain vital operational inputs in ERP and will be required to provide operational reports to colleagues in all parts of a business.
Typical duties include:
• Accounting and Keeping track of Billing/Receipts/Credit Notes/Debit Notes for customers / receivables.
• Export Documentation / Communication
• Monitoring Export LC / Collection Documents and maintaining export LC status
• Preparing and Keeping track of Statement Of Accounts of customers
• Customer’s statement of account reconciliations.
• Maintaining the Receivables Aging Reports
• Monitoring applicable Schemes / Rebates / Discounts
• Co-ordination and communication with customers and in-house team for resolving the issues, if any required for customers relation management.
Qualifications :
It is essential to possess good numerical skills with excellent attention to detail. However, the person having professional certification/qualification in the field of Accounts will be preferred.
The candidate should be comfortable in working in ERP systems (previous exposure will be preferred ) and should be proficient in MS – word, excel and power point.
