Job Title : Quality management Department Head
Location : Abu Dhabi

PURPOSE:
To plan direct and lead the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Corporate Quality Management Systems, review/advise on the Corporate Business Process to improve efficiency aimed at achieving the corporate Excellence needed to sustain the Company current and future operations.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· To manage the Department in executing the long term and yearly operational plans to provide the required contribution to the achievement of the Division’s objectives.
· To communicate Department’s objectives and business context to ensure alignment and common understanding of the objectives (including HSE) objectives.)
· To delegate and ensure the implementation of performance objectives for the Department as well as to establish monitoring mechanisms in order to ensure that these objective are delivered.
· To identify gaps in staff competencies and to pursue opportunities to develop them with emphasis to the development of UAE Nationals to support the Company in achieving the Emiratization targets.
· To plan and develop quality Management objectives to ensure the quality achievement and performance improvement throughout The Company.
· To set up guidelines and manage the development of a quality management system including all related procedures in liaison with Company Divisions for maintaining high standards of quality management.
· To lead the implementation and maintenance of the Corporate Quality Management Systems and ensure its compliance with applicable national and international and quality system regulations.
· To report on the performance of the quality system for review, participate in the evaluation and develop improved techniques for the quality control. To organize and participate in promoting Company wide quality improvement efforts.
· To review and ensure the corporate Quality Audit plan is in line with the requirement of the quality Management System that all business objectives are covered within the specified period and meet criteria’s such as criticality and lessons learnt.
· To guide and facilitate the Divisions so that all business processes and related activities are subjected to quality audit in line with the quality audit schedule.
· To ensure maintenance of Business Process and Quality Control Manuals.
· To advise on changes and their implementation and provide training, tools and techniques to achieve quality.
· To conduct studies related Business Process, participate in the development of the Terms of Reference for business process reviews and facilitate/ follow up implementation of approved recommendations.
· To coordinate the ISO certification process in the organization to achieve and maintain the international Quality Standards and to ensure that existing certificates are renewed on time.
· To coordinate the work of external consultants related to the Business Process reviews and Quality Management Systems.
· To supervise quality audits and champion quality awareness.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· 10 Years relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
· Extensive experience with quality management systems (ISO) and business transformation techniques and meteorologic Experience working in an industrial company is a plus.
